Roberto Santiago Lastra

Founder / Creative Director

Shameless namedropping in 3…2…1… Big-agency background across Wieden + Kennedy, CP+B, Goodby, Fallon, and a few others you’re supposed to learn this stuff at.

Yes, it’s true. Roberto has probably “borrowed” a pen or two and used a few printers for personal work at some of the most important agencies in the world. He’s also worked there.

Prefers great work that survives production and makes it out into the world intact. Believes clarity beats noise, speed matters, and great ideas only matter if they actually get made properly.

Born in Mexicali, Mexico, also known (depending on who you ask) as the City of the Cold Eggs.

Has lived in Miami, San Francisco, Chicago, Minneapolis, Boulder, Los Angeles, New York, and San Diego over the last 15+ years. Never really stayed still for long.

Grew up between cultures, cities, and contradictions. Evangelical household, learned English singing Boyz II Men songs, Texas truck years, New York hustle, and a life shaped more by movement than stability.

Family spans multiple passports and time zones.

Still believes balance is harder than doing an Ironman.

Three-sport athlete in high school. Born in Argentina. Raised in Spain. Shaped in the United States.

Started at Havas Media in New York, moving quickly into global client and new business work. Went on to BPN supporting pitches, partnerships, and coordination across more than 40 offices worldwide.

At LNH, she makes sure ideas move cleanly from brief to final across clients, teams, and markets.
